Poly Yunxi, developed by Poly Developments Holdings, is a high-end residential development located in the traditional high-end residential area of Tianjin's waterside. The development is situated on the former site of Nanjing University campus, in the core area of the city. "Yunxi" is part of the high-end residential series in the city center, covering an area of approximately 49,000 square meters, with a total construction area of around 179,000 square meters. It comprises 10 buildings of 4-8 levels of western-style houses, 1 building of 18 levels of small high-rises, and 5 buildings of 26-33 levels of high-rise buildings.
