As a design firm committed to urban commercial solutions, ZWP Design Studio aims to create a distinctive space using diverse new materials and modern construction methods for its newly added office. The office will serve as an innovative laboratory for design that is more dynamic, artistic, and commercial. From the outset of selecting the new workplace, the design team has taken the keywords of "art, commerce, and innovation" that have always been practiced in the studio as the guiding principles for creating the new office space.

During the daytime, the studio is bathed in abundant natural light. Polished concrete floors, iridescent glass, and mirrored steel create ever-changing plays of light and shadows from every angle, transforming the activities of the designers working within into a fluid art form. An open tea area, suitable for communication and informal receptions, incorporates potted plants nestled within metal boxes, leather seating, and casually hanging incandescent lights, fostering a relaxed and open atmosphere for designers to unwind and recharge in their shared space.

The video conference rooms, which facilitate constant communication with clients from various cities, are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including touch-sensitive screens and automated conference systems. However, they have also retained the original site's raw column surfaces, unadorned architectural structural columns, and a contrast of smooth, luminous films, mirrored stainless steel, gray Malay lacquer walls, and warm, natural wood ceiling materials.

Design is a continuous process that requires the constant integration of everyone's design wisdom, ongoing communication, and collision of inspiration. Therefore, in terms of spatial layout, the studio is an open and collaborative space. The open office area extends in a semi-circular layout around the entire floor. In addition to the daily workstations for groups of six designers, a central communication area with various working environments has been incorporated to accommodate different collaboration modes.

ZWP's consistent culture and responsibility involve a commitment to learning and sharing through continuous practice and creativity. In the dedicated exchange center, there are design sharing sessions like Creative Farm every Saturday afternoon, as well as diverse creative exhibitions and personal journeys from designers of various backgrounds from different cities and countries. This space serves as a public venue for the collision and interaction of ideas within the firm.
