Zhuhai High-tech Power Long Square is the first project of Power Long Real Estate in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it is also the first large-scale comprehensive project in Zhuhai High-tech district. The project is located in the heart of Zhuhai High-tech district, its total architectural area is about 790,00 square meters including the indoor shopping center and outdoor shopping square.
As one of the benchmark projects of the Powerlong Group, Zhuhai Powerlong Square is committed to create the first "fashionable modern shopping center" in northern Zhuhai with a combination of multiple programs. Its completion marks the official start of Powerlong in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and is an important milestone in the development of Powerlong's strategy in the Greater Bay Area.
The design inspiration comes from the characteristics of the coastal area where the project is located and the open city image. Based on the different characteristics of the architectural space, the main atrium of “gather seashells under the sea”, the atrium of “walking on the milky way”, and the food street of “food paradise by the sea” are designed to connect commercial spaces and strengthen experience and social interaction.
