The Jinshuizhai Complex is centered on the idea of establishing a themed resort with 300 rooms in the core area, encircled by tourist attractions and well-appointed facilities. These facilities encompass cultural entertainment, a retail area for Miao and Han crafts, themed dining, and public leisure spaces. The design places a strong emphasis on providing an unforgettable experience by deeply integrating and harmonizing with the surrounding natural landscapes, which include rivers and mountains. The project includes distinctive cultural streets, two piers, sightseeing boats, streets overlooking waterfalls, open-air craft stalls, cultural squares, water shows, a bar street, and a folk-style hotel street. Each of these components is designed to provide visitors with a memorable and immersive experience, capturing the essence of the natural and cultural surroundings.

A significant innovation in this project lies in the integration of diverse functions, spaces, and scenes to cultivate a sustainable tourism culture within the city. Drawing inspiration from the essence and details of Fenghuang Ancient Town, the planning and architectural design employ international architectural elements to highlight details and elevate the overall ambiance. The underground parking design is optimized, enabling convenient pedestrian access throughout the entire project. It ensures ease for both customers and the operating company, creating a seamless and user-friendly experience for visitors and bolstering the project's long-term success.
