The construction area of Tianjin Jinghai School spans 81,957.52 square meters, situated on the western side of Ganjiang East Road and the northern side of Xiushui Road within the eastern region of Tuanbo New City, Jinghai District, Tianjin. The construction project involves a new primary school building, (including the primary school building entrance guard). The above-ground construction area spans 13,358.54 square meters, featuring a maximum single span of 10.1 meters and a maximum height of four floors above ground, reaching 19.95 meters. The structural composition incorporates a concrete frame structure with a partial steel structure.
